CQC Registration Pending – Services Not Yet Available
Kerala Doctors UK is a trading name of Doctors 4All Ltd. We are currently in the process of obtaining registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). At present, we are not offering any regulated healthcare services.
Once CQC registration has been granted, we intend to provide safe, high-quality online GP services delivered by GMC-registered doctors.
Our services will be delivered remotely via secure video and telephone consultations.
Patients will be able to book appointments with a qualified GP for:
New medical concerns
Ongoing symptoms
General health advice
Chronic disease review (for stable conditions)
Second opinions
Consultations will be conducted using a secure clinical system and documented in line with professional standards.
Where clinically appropriate, our doctors may issue private electronic prescriptions for:
Acute conditions (e.g. infections, allergies, minor illnesses)
Ongoing stable medical conditions
Routine repeat medications (subject to clinical review)
All prescribing will follow GMC guidance, NICE guidelines, and safe remote prescribing principles.
We may issue private medical certificates (fit notes) following clinical assessment, where appropriate.
These may be used for employment purposes but are not intended for statutory benefits unless clinically justified and compliant with relevant regulations.
Where clinically indicated, we may provide referral letters to:
NHS services
Private specialists
Diagnostic services (e.g. blood tests, imaging)
Referrals will be based on clinical judgement and patient need.
We may offer follow-up consultations to:
Review symptoms
Monitor treatment response
Adjust management plans
Provide ongoing clinical support
Our clinicians may provide advice on:
Lifestyle modification
Preventive healthcare
Long-term condition management
General wellbeing and mental health support
Remote consultations are not suitable for all clinical situations.
Our clinicians will always assess whether a remote consultation is appropriate. Where necessary, patients may be advised to:
Attend their NHS GP practice
Visit an urgent care centre
Contact NHS 111
Seek emergency care via 999 or A&E
All prescribing will be:
Clinically appropriate
Evidence-based
In line with GMC Good Practice guidance
Aligned with NICE clinical guidelines
Documented in secure patient records
We will not provide unsafe or inappropriate prescribing via remote consultations.
Services will be introduced only after:
CQC registration is approved
Clinical governance systems are in place
Safeguarding procedures are operational
Secure prescribing systems are fully tested
