  • Heavy or uncontrolled bleeding

  • Loss of consciousness or collapse

  • Severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis)

  • Serious injury or trauma

  • Severe mental health crisis or risk of self-harm

If your condition is urgent but not life-threatening, you should contact:

  • Available 24/7

  • Provides urgent medical advice

  • Can direct you to the most appropriate service

Your NHS GP Practice

  • For ongoing medical concerns

  • For continuity of care

  • For review of chronic conditions


How Our Service Fits In

Once operational, Kerala Doctors UK will provide routine, non-emergency primary care consultations only.
Our clinicians will assess whether a remote consultation is appropriate. If a condition requires urgent or in-person assessment, patients will be advised to seek appropriate NHS or emergency services.

Clinical Safety Commitment

We are committed to ensuring that patient safety is prioritised at all times.
During consultations, clinicians will:

  • Identify red-flag symptoms

  • Assess urgency of presentation

  • Escalate care when necessary

  • Refer patients appropriately to NHS services

  • Avoid managing conditions that require emergency intervention remotely
