Nature of This Service
Kerala Doctors UK provides remote private GP consultations only.
Our doctors:
- Conduct consultations via video or approved digital systems
- Provide clinical advice based on the information you provide
- May request further information (including images or history) when necessary
A remote consultation has limitations compared to a physical examination.
Clinical Decisions & Treatment
All clinical decisions are made by GMC-registered doctors.
Treatment, prescriptions, and medical advice are provided only when:
- It is clinically safe to do so
- It is appropriate based on remote assessment
- It complies with UK prescribing and clinical guidelines
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse treatment if it is not clinically appropriate
- Request in-person assessment where necessary
- Refer you to NHS or specialist services
Prescriptions
Prescriptions (where issued) are:
- Based on clinical assessment only
- Subject to UK prescribing regulations
- Sent to UK-registered pharmacies
Certain medications cannot be prescribed via online consultation.
