Not an Emergency Service

This service is not suitable for medical emergencies.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you must:

  • Attend your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department

Do not use this service if you have:

  • Chest pain
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Signs of stroke
  • Severe bleeding or serious injury
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Any life-threatening condition

Nature of This Service

Kerala Doctors UK provides remote private GP consultations only.

Our doctors:

  • Conduct consultations via video or approved digital systems
  • Provide clinical advice based on the information you provide
  • May request further information (including images or history) when necessary

A remote consultation has limitations compared to a physical examination.

Clinical Decisions & Treatment

All clinical decisions are made by GMC-registered doctors. 

Treatment, prescriptions, and medical advice are provided only when:

  • It is clinically safe to do so
  • It is appropriate based on remote assessment
  • It complies with UK prescribing and clinical guidelines

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse treatment if it is not clinically appropriate
  • Request in-person assessment where necessary
  • Refer you to NHS or specialist services
Prescriptions

Prescriptions (where issued) are:

  • Based on clinical assessment only
  • Subject to UK prescribing regulations
  • Sent to UK-registered pharmacies

Certain medications cannot be prescribed via online consultation.

Limitations of Online Consultations

Online GP consultations may not be suitable for:

  • Conditions requiring physical examination
  • Complex diagnostic cases
  • Emergency or rapidly deteriorating symptoms

If the doctor determines that an in-person review is needed, you will be advised accordingly.

No Doctor–Patient Relationship Guarantee

A consultation does not automatically establish an ongoing doctor–patient relationship. 

Ongoing care is provided only where clinically appropriate and agreed.
