Purpose

This document outlines the clinical governance and patient safety framework that will be implemented within Kerala Doctors UK once the service becomes operational.

Our governance system is designed to ensure that all clinical care is safe, effective, responsive, well-led, and continuously improving.

Governance Structure

Clinical governance within Kerala Doctors UK will be overseen by:

Nominated Individual

Dr S Alex Thachankary (GMC 4750323)

Responsible for overall supervision of regulated activities and ensuring compliance with CQC standards.

Registered Manager

Siby Sebastian (subject to CQC approval)

Responsible for day-to-day operational governance, service quality, and regulatory compliance.
